Managing a department of 2 or more specialists.
Design of new products, making and release of technical documentation.
Maintenance of mass-produced products, registration of changes in the production of serial products, and work with complaints.
Work on the handover to the production of a new product.
Development of measures to improve product quality and production productivity.
Control of documentation and entering information into the ERP system of the enterprise – 1C.
Development and training of employees.
Evaluation of the work of designers on key indicators.

Requirements:

Higher technical education, master’s degree;
Experience in independent design developments from 8 years, of which 2 management experience
Knowledge of metalworking technologies and rules for the use of materials.
Systematic and creative approach in search and approbation of technical and technological solutions.
Knowledge in the field of "strength of materials" and "machinery parts", basic knowledge in metrology, and knowledge of ESKD.
SolidWorks, Autocad, Vector 2D editor, MS Office.
Experience in independent design developments from 6 years, at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
Ability to decompose tasks, and delegate their solution. Project management.
Knowledge of metalworking technologies and rules for the use of materials.
Solidworks - at a high level, Excel, AutoCAD.
Systematic and creative approach in search and approbation of technical and technological solutions.
Systematization of existing developments, and identification of key indicators for decision-making.
Willingness to work in multitasking mode.
