    Barry Group is looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen its team.
    Barry Group is an international group of manufacturing and trading companies specializing in medical equipment, rehabilitation, and care products. We are not only engaged in sales but also develop and bring our own product solutions to the market, grow a retail network, and expand our B2B operations. Our goal is to provide customers with high-quality products and expert solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Building, developing, and maintaining a client base
    • Organizing meetings and conducting negotiations with clients
    • Presenting product assortment and providing professional consultations
    • Identifying client needs and preparing tailored offers
    • Ensuring achievement of sales targets and performance KPIs
    • Monitoring payments and invoicing
    • Managing the full sales cycle — from order placement to delivery
    • Monitoring and analyzing the market and competitors
    • Participating in the introduction of new products
    • Preparing reports on clients and sales performance
  • Requirements:
    • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the B2B segment)
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
    • Willingness to travel for work
    • Ability to effectively handle objections
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (e.g., 1C)
    • Fluent in Armenian and Russian
    • Knowledge of English is an advantage
